My name is Ghulam Rasool Padash. I am from Afghanistan. I have more than 10 years experiences in IT and worked as IT Assistant in Ministry of Public works from August 2011 to February 2013, I have been working as a Network Manager since 2014 until now in Ministry of Urban Development and Housing.
